Don Duchovny is an outstanding young stallion obtaining scores over 75% up to Elementary level. He has three outstanding paces with a serious talent for collection. Donny has a wonderful nature and a terrific attitude to his work. With his trainability and talent we anticipate a big future in dressage.

Don Duchovny’s sire, Don Frederico, was the reserve champion of the 1999 stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf and the clear winner in the rideability section. His rideability and outstanding gaits were of high regard. His outstanding dressage index reflected his abilities for the dressage ring. Scoring highlights include 9 for character, 9 for temperament, 9 for trainability, 9 for conformation, 9.5 for rideability, 7.67 for free jumping, 9 for walk, 9.33 for trot and 9.33 for canter. Don Duchovny’s dam has had four licenced sons, three state premium mares (who all won their mare shows), a premium filly and an auction foal. Due to her breeding record, she is Praedikat-Stute (elite status) and has earned 145 points.

In 2012, Coldstream D-Day, sired by Don Duchovny, was rated elite on the ACE assessment tour with a score of 81.25%. D-Day is a good example of Don Duchovny’s progeny – well put together with jaw dropping movement and trainable natures. Most recently, Don Duchovny has been sold to Heather Currie in South Australia and is competing at a national level.
