Overview
Sternlicht’s sire, Soliman de Hus, was Champion of his licensing and Performance Test, and competed to Grand Prix. He has many approved stallions and high-priced auction horses to his record. Grandsire Sandro Hit has ranked in the top ten of the WBFSH Dressage Sire Rankings since 2012. Great-grandsire Donnerhall has created his own legacy as a top international Grand Prix horse and exceptional producer of dressage talent. Sternlicht’s dam is an eighth generation Elite/SPS Mare and has produced two licensed stallions.

Performance
Sternlicht immediately captures your attention with his stunning type and presence. He backs it up with an impressive show record that includes the USEF Young Horse Championships, many USDF Regional Championships, and winning the US Dressage Finals three times to date. The 2023 season brought a Reserve Championship in the Intermediate Freestyle at Regionals and three wildcard scores for the upcoming US Dressage Finals.
Offspring
Sternlicht has sired Premium Foals, Inspection Site Champions, and USDF breed show winners. His oldest offspring are showing under saddle with multiple top ten finishes at USDF Regional Championships and division championships in the hunter ring. In 2023, Starburszt SWF was the USDF Southwest Breeders Series Filly Champion. We rely on Sternlicht’s positive contribution for adding length of leg, an uphill frame, and a strong topline.
