Please complete the Shipment Request Form below to request a COOLED semen shipment from our Chesapeake City, MD facility. All fields are required.
- Cooled semen shipment and local pickup requests are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours
- Airline shipment and local pickup requests for cooled semen are processed on Sundays if received in our office by 5pm on Saturday.
- Requests for same-day shipping received after 12 pm EST will incur a rush fee and will be accommodated only when possible.
- A valid credit card is required to process your shipment, and distribution charges will be applied to your card before the shipment leaves our facility.
- Please note that if you provide an AOL or Yahoo email address, delivery of your shipment notifications and tracking information may be delayed – or may not be delivered at all – due to the stricter internal filtering policies of these providers.
