All frozen semen shipment and local pickup requests are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
24 Hour Notice is required for all local pickup requests.
Requests for same-day shipping received after 11 am CST will incur a rush fee and will be accommodated only when possible.
A valid credit card is required to process your shipment, and distribution charges will be applied to your card before the shipment leaves our facility.
Please note that if you provide an AOL or Yahoo email address, delivery of your shipment notifications and tracking information may be delayed – or may not be delivered at all – due to the stricter internal filtering policies of these providers.
