Thank you for completing the frozen semen shipment request form for either our SBS facilities in Chesapeake City, Maryland or Aubrey, Texas Facility.

Please Note: We cannot process shipments without payment. Please provide your payment information by either clicking HERE to enter it securely on our website or by calling our Accounting Department at (410) 885-3202.

We will process your shipment once we receive authorization from the semen owner to release the requested frozen semen and verify you have a valid credit card on file.

Once processed you will receive confirmation the shipment is enroute and a copy of the FedEx tracking number.
