Description

This position reports directly to the SBS VP & Chief Operating Office for WS/SB Equine Reproduction, LLC located in Aubrey, Texas.  This position is charged with managing the storage, distribution, billing, health testing and record keeping of all export qualified frozen semen at Select Breeders Southwest.  Detailed record keeping and organization skills are crucial to the success of this position along with a working understanding of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Wise Option and Minitube's Prism Program.   

Export Inventory Management - Storage & Distribution

• Responsible for inventory receiving, movements and adjustments of export qualified frozen semen

Export Distribution - Responsible for receiving authorization and processing export frozen semen shipment requests

• Prepare frozen semen shipment paperwork
• Create necessary shipping documents
• Stay current on all USDA regulations
• Annual and bi-annual USDA inspections for European Union and United Kingdom storage center
• Prepare all export health certificates and work with USDA for endorsement
• Record and track all export shipments
• Work with customs broker to ship all export shipments worldwide

Export Health Testing

• Create all testing testing schedules for WS/SB Equine Reproduction Lab
• Ensure all export testing was completed as instructed and test results are received

Export Billing & Record Keeping

• Prepare monthly export frozen semen reports
• Maintain export shipment record
• Provide export freeze numbers to management
• Provide clients with export inventory reports
• Prepare invoices for all export shipments
• Work with SBS Controller to collect AR for all export shipments

Job Type:  Full-time

Pay:  $17.00 per hour
