Overview

Dardanos RDL holds mutliple National titles under both USEF and Spanish Judges, and is a USDF Grand Champion Dressage Sport Horse. His superior conformation and movement draw favoragle comments whenever he is shown. The sire of Dardanos RDL is the recently deceased Indiano XVIII, Champion of Spain and Mexico, a legendary sire and amongst the most influential in the Spanish Breed and his dam is a double granddaughter of Centella V, Champion of Spain.

Pedigree

Performance

He was Champion Youn Horse Colt in his first P.R.E. show in 2008. He was Reserve Champion Futurity Colt and Reserve National Champion Spanish Colt in 2009. In 2010, at the 65th Pin Oak Charity show, he was awarded 1st place Jr. Stallion and Reserve Champion Stallion all ages. He was Reserve Champion Dressage Sport Horse in Hand (25 horses competing) behind his closely related related brother, Saltador ORO. He has multiple first place wins in USDF open shows. At 2010 IALHA National Show, Dardanos was the Reserve National Champion Spanish Colt and Reserve National Champion Dressage Sport Horse Stallion. In 2011, Dardanos made National Champion Spanish Stallion (4-6) under an ANCCE Certified Judge from Spain. Under USEF judeges, he was Reserve Champion in Dressage Suitability with 14 horses competing. In 2012, he was reserve Champion Stallion at the Pin Oak Charity Show in a field of a dozen colts and stallions, and he was Champion Sport Horse Stallion in the USDF Blue Bonneet Dressage Show. He made the Region 9 USDF Reserve Grand Champion Sport Horse Stallion in 2012. At the 2012 IALHA Nationals, Dardanos was National Champion Hunt Seat and Reserve Champion Stallion under the judge from Spain in the Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse Celebration classes. He received the 2012 USDF Champion Purebred Mature Dressage Sport Horse All-Breeds Award for the IALHA. 

Offspring

His first foals were born in 2012. His most notable offspring is Arturo PA, a 2 Time Consecutively National Champion, USEF 2019 Halter Horse of the Year, Region 3 Champion open western pleasure. Champion Sport IN-Hand and Region 6 Champion Halter Horse, Champion Sport Horse In-Hand, Reserve Champion Driving. Currently with Ranco Los Gallow de Oro.
